I am Dimitris and I am eager to welcome you on my personal site!
Since you got here here are a few facts that will help you get to know me better: I spend most of my time writing hundred lines of code, articles about the latest developments in the tech(and not only) world, playing basketball with my friends, studying engineering and taking photos.

As I said I love programming, which is the reason why urrently I am working on a startup with a friend of mine, I am the founder of it actually. It’s a mobile application and I promise you that it will be really awesome when it comes out. It will take some time, but hang in there! In programming, I am mostly interested in developing applications for mobile computers (aka smartphones). Java, Python, Javascript and C are the languages that I am most fluent int.

I have been working for like one and a half year on xblog.gr, a Greek Tech blog and now we have started working on a podcast for this site. I will post more updates for this podcast later here.

Furthermore, I co-founded with a friend of mine the Request Productions Media Group. We are still trying to get this company and running; it’s mostly like a side-running project but equally enjoyable to me. In 2009, I with a friend of mine(see? I am a team guy) were awarded the 3rd place internationally in NASA aeronautics competition.
